Thomas Jones Synod College is registered as a Vocational Training Provider(VTP) under the Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training and also offers computer courses under the  National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) and provides the following courses.

     > Soft Skills for Base Line Staff in Service Sector

     > Soft Skills For Supervisors / Associates

     > Soft Skills for Front Line Assistants

     > Spoken English and Communication Skills

     > Account Assistant using Tally

     > Desktop Publishing and Print Publishing Assistant

     > Office Automation

These courses are free of cost and are recognized by the National Council of Vocational Training(NCVT) and NIELIT and are aimed at providing students with an additional qualification along with their degree certificate. In addition to this, the College is also an Examination Center for BCC and CCC courses under NIELIT.
