Library Advisory Committee.

The Library Advisory Committee of the College is a body constituted to look into the general administration of the library. It holds the responsibility of ensuring an effective and efficient functioning of the library. This Committee aim to achieve the goal of the library. It supervises, monitor and evaluate the services provided by the library. The Committee comprises of the Principal, Librarian, Assistant Librarian and members of the teaching faculty.  The members of the said committee are expected to work together with the librarian and the other staffs of the library. The committee is revamped as and when required.

Meetings of the Committee.

(1) The Library advisory committee of the College convene meeting once a year as per the requirement.

(2) Meetings of the Committee is called on the notice of the Convener in consultation with the Principal. 

(3) Emergent Meeting is also called when needed. 

(4) Notices of the meetings of the Library advisory committee is circulated to the members including copies of the Agenda.
